Gonzalo de la Mata
Gonzalo founded SLEEP`N Atocha in 2016 and has more than 15 years of experience in hotel management.
He worked for seven years in the Vincci chain in the management of several
management of several 4* and 5* hotels in Spain and in the first Spanish hotel in New York.
He has also worked as a consultant in the design, planning and development of various national and international hotel projects.
He has given classes and lectures at business schools and universities such as; ESDEN, ESCP, UAM, UCM and at the CSHG.
Gonzalo holds a degree in Hotel Management from the CSHG in Santiago de Compostela and has completed his training at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and Cornell University, NY.
Gorka has more than 13 years of experience in the management and revenue management of different 4* hotels.
He worked in the hotel management of AC Hotels by Marriot in several independent hotels.
He has also worked 3 years as Revenue Management Manager of 35 hotels in the AC Hotels by Marriot chain.
He has been a trainer for managers and front desk managers of the same chain.
Gorka has a degree in Hotel Management from CSHG in Santiago de Compostela.
SLEEP`N is formed by a group of professionals dedicated to hotel management, financial sector and legal consulting. With many years of accumulated experience and who have developed their professional careers in Banks, Ibex companies and large hotel chains like AC or Vincci Hotels.
Ernesto has over 40 years of experience in the financial sector.
He has held various management positions at Banco Español de Crédito (Banesto) working in private and corporate banking. Since 1989 he has been advising companies on tax, accounting and financial matters.
He holds a degree in CUNEF and a Master's degree in Tax Consultancy from the Official Chamber of Commerce of Madrid.
Ernesto del Pino
Juan is a state attorney on leave of absence.
After holding high responsibility positions for the central government, he began working in the private sector specializing in different areas of corporate law.
He has been Vice Chairman of Iberica de Autopistas (Iberpistas), a subsidiary division of one of the largest Spanish infrastructure companies, as well as board member of major Spanish companies, such as Abertis and Petronor amongst others.
