SLEEP`N is a new brand of sustainable management in urban hotels with a vocation for national and international expansion.
We are looking for hotels with excellent location to reposition them putting sustainability and innovation at the center of our strategy.
ABOUT US
SLEEP`N is formed by a group of professionals dedicated to hotel management, financial sector and legal consulting. With many years of accumulated experience and who have developed their professional careers in Banks, Ibex companies and large hotel chains like AC or Vincci Hotels.
The first SLEEP`N Atocha
comprises 80 rooms and benefits from an exceptional location next to the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia. The Hotel has been operated since March 2016 and has undergone heavy refurbishment, to fully reflect our new concept and image. A professional and efficient management has lead to solid operational results, with Occupancy levels above 95% since management was taken.
